A terraced clifftop garden along the southern flank of the old town, planted with pines, aloes and Mediterranean shrubs and threaded with winding paths. Laid out in the 19th century, it was among the first public gardens in the principality and offers open views over the sea toward the coast beyond. A bronze statue of Prince Albert I stands among the greenery, honouring his contribution to oceanography. The shaded walkways connect the cathedral quarter with the Oceanographic Museum along the rock.
