This museum preserves a section of the tunnel dug beneath the airport runway during the siege of Sarajevo in the 1990s, when it served as the city's only link to the outside world. Cramped and low, the passage allowed the movement of food, weapons, and people under encircling lines. The museum occupies the private house where the tunnel emerged, its walls still pocked with shrapnel. Displays of wartime equipment, photographs, and a short walkable stretch of the tunnel convey the ordeal endured by residents.
