The highest of the tepuis, a 2,810-meter table mountain at the triple border of Venezuela, Brazil, and Guyana whose otherworldly summit inspired Conan Doyle's The Lost World. The standard six-day guided trek from Paraitepui climbs a natural ramp to a plateau of black rock labyrinths, quartz beds, and endemic plants.
