A lowland rainforest park along the canal corridor, barely 40 minutes from downtown Panama City. Its famous Pipeline Road has recorded some of the highest one-day bird counts on the planet, with trogons, antbirds, and toucans among more than 500 species. Trails like Plantation Road and the Camino de Cruces follow routes used since Spanish colonial times.
