A wetland and dry-forest park on the Tempisque River that hosts one of Central America's largest concentrations of waterbirds. Boat tours glide past crocodiles, roseate spoonbills, and thousands of wintering ducks in the marshes. The park's limestone hills offer short trails and views over the flooded plains.
