The active volcano dominating the north of Saint Vincent, which erupted explosively in April 2021 and reshaped its own summit crater. A trail from the windward side climbs through rainforest and old lava fields to the crater rim, one of the more demanding and rewarding hikes in the Lesser Antilles.
