The smallest inhabited island of the Grenadines, with a single hillside village and no airport, reached only by boat. Saltwhistle Bay, a narrow spit of palm-backed sand separating two bodies of water, is a favoured anchorage, and a stone church at the village crest overlooks the Tobago Cays.
