Nevis Peak

The cloud-wrapped volcanic cone that gives Nevis its silhouette, rising steeply from the island's center. The summit trail is a short but strenuous scramble using ropes and roots through dense rainforest, usually done with a local guide, while gentler paths circle the lower slopes.
