The most rugged of the Cayman Islands, defined by a limestone bluff that rises to 43 meters at its eastern tip, honeycombed with caves once used as hurricane shelters. Rock climbers work bolted routes on the bluff face while divers visit a deliberately sunk Russian-built frigate offshore. Brown boobies nest along the cliff edge, and the pace is decidedly rural.
