The last substantial stand of lowland rainforest on Nosy Be, protecting black lemurs, boa constrictors and several nocturnal lemur species. Visits usually begin with a paddle by dugout canoe from Ambatozavavy village before guided forest walks. Panther chameleons are a frequent sighting along the trails.
