The only place in Uganda where southern white rhinos live in the wild, reintroduced here after the species vanished from the country in the 1980s. Rangers lead tracking walks that bring visitors within respectful distance of grazing rhinos on foot. It sits conveniently on the road between Kampala and Murchison Falls.
