Covering much of São Tomé Island's mountainous interior, this park protects primary cloud forest teeming with endemic birds found nowhere else on Earth. Trails climb past waterfalls and abandoned plantations toward Pico de São Tomé, the island's 2,024-meter summit.

Where next?

The world is wide open.
