Ergaki Natural Park

Ergaki is a natural park in the Western Sayan Mountains of Krasnoyarsk Krai characterised by a dense concentration of granitic peaks, ridges, and hanging valleys at elevations between 1200 and 2200 metres. The park's lakes, including Ozero Svetloye and Ozero Raduzhnoe, reflect the jagged ridgelines above and draw significant numbers of Russian hikers and photographers. The hanging stone formation known as Hanging Stone — a large boulder balanced at the edge of a cliff — is the park's most recognised landmark.
