A small Pacific coast town on the western side of Baja California Sur north of Los Cabos, Todos Santos is known for its mix of 19th-century brick sugar mill architecture, gallery culture, and powerful Pacific beach breaks. The town sits at the edge of the Sierra de la Laguna foothills, giving it a different topographic character from the arid cape region. Leatherback sea turtles nest on the beaches north of town, and the surf at La Pastora and Punta Lobos attracts experienced surfers.
