Gua Tempurung is one of the largest limestone caves in Peninsular Malaysia, stretching approximately 3.9 kilometres through the Kinta Valley in Perak. Five enormous domed chambers connected by a river passage contain impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations, with the Golden Flowstone — a broad sheet of calcite — among the most photographed features inside. Adventure tours wade through the underground river to reach chambers not accessible on the standard walkway route.
