A resort city at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula where the Gulf of Aqaba meets the Red Sea, known for consistent calm water, exceptional coral reef systems, and reliable sunshine. The Ras Mohammed National Park immediately to the south is considered one of the most important marine habitats in the northern Red Sea, with sheer reef walls dropping to significant depths. The town of Na'ama Bay has a concentrated strip of dive operators, restaurants, and accommodation. Visibility underwater regularly exceeds twenty metres due to minimal freshwater runoff.
