A coastal massif between Marseille and Cassis containing a series of narrow limestone fjords plunging into water of exceptional clarity. The Calanque de Morgiou and En-Vau are the most visually striking, accessible by trail from the surrounding plateau. The park is one of France's newest national parks, combining marine, coastal, and inland Mediterranean ecosystems in close proximity to a major city.
