The Kerry Cliffs are a series of headland cliffs on the southwestern tip of the Iveragh Peninsula near Portmagee, rising to around 300 metres and offering an unobstructed view of the Skellig Islands, including Skellig Michael, lying approximately 12 kilometres offshore. The viewing platform at the cliff edge provides a perspective across one of Ireland's most dramatic seascapes without requiring a boat crossing. The site faces west, making it a reliable sunset viewpoint when conditions are clear.
