Enniberg on the island of Viðoy is among the highest sea cliffs in the world, rising approximately 754 metres from the ocean surface. The cliff face is nearly vertical and faces northwest into the prevailing Atlantic winds and swell, making it visible from many points across the northern Faroe Islands. A rough trail from the village of Viðareiði approaches the top of the escarpment above the main drop.
