Architectural, Residential and Cultural Complex of the Radziwill Family at Nesvizh

For four centuries, until 1939, the mighty Radziwill dynasty ruled at Nesvizh, making the town a beacon of sciences, arts and architecture in central Belarus. Their residence grew into ten interconnected buildings around a six-sided courtyard, while the Church of Corpus Christi — the family mausoleum — stands among the earliest Baroque churches built outside Italy. Both became prototypes imitated across Central Europe and Russia, and UNESCO inscribed the complex in 2005.
