The Parc Floral de Paris is a botanical park within the Bois de Vincennes on the eastern side of the city, created for an international flower show in 1969. It is organised around themed collections including a dahlia garden, an iris valley, a fern garden and a medicinal plant bed. Ponds, pavilions and modern sculptures are set among the flowerbeds, and a large playground and summer jazz concerts draw families. The park forms part of the city's botanical garden network devoted to horticultural display.
