National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts

This large public art museum in Taichung is one of Taiwan's principal institutions for modern and contemporary art. Set within a green park, its low-slung modernist building holds extensive collections of Taiwanese painting, calligraphy, sculpture and prints spanning the twentieth century to the present.
