This stretch of pale sand near the town of Tadjourah lines the northern shore of the Gulf of Tadjoura, offering one of Djibouti's most accessible beaches. Clear, warm waters make it a popular spot for swimming and snorkelling, with coral reefs lying offshore. Backed by arid hills and scattered palms, the beach is reached from the capital by boat or road around the gulf. Its quiet setting provides a coastal escape from the heat and bustle of Djibouti City.
