King Fahd Road

One of Riyadh's principal north–south arteries, lined with many of the capital's tallest towers and business headquarters. The road passes landmarks such as the Kingdom Centre and Al Faisaliyah Center, forming the spine of the modern commercial city. Multi-level interchanges and long viaducts carry heavy traffic through the central districts. For visitors it offers the clearest sequence of contemporary Saudi skyscraper architecture, particularly striking at night when the towers along its length are floodlit against the desert sky.
