A zone of rose-tinted porphyry rock formations eroded into pinnacles, arches, and sea inlets on the west coast of Corsica between Porto and Piana, designated as part of the Gulf of Porto UNESCO World Heritage site. The D81 coastal road winds through the heart of the formations, offering layby viewpoints across the blood-red rocks above a deeply blue sea. Sunset light intensifies the colour contrast between rock and water most dramatically.
