The ruins of an Augustinian priory above the river Roe, standing on the site of an earlier Gaelic monastery in the territory of the O'Cahan clan. The surviving chancel shelters one of the finest medieval tombs in the north, a canopied effigy of an armoured chieftain flanked by carved figures of kilted warriors. A rag well nearby, hung with cloth offerings, marks the continued folk devotion at the site. The ruins sit in a wooded churchyard with wide views over the Roe valley toward the Sperrin hills.
